A. Each of our deposition summaries contains a precise representation of all the facts of the testimony, presented in complete sentences, with topic headings and page/line references, in any of three accessible formats. In addition, we can tailor our summaries to your specific requirements. Our consultants are trained to distill complex testimony into manageable material without compromising the tone of the deposition.
Q. How can I send you deposition transcripts for summarization?
A. Most of our clients prefer to send us transcripts electronically. When electronic transcripts are not available, paper transcripts can be forwarded to our Washington, DC office. With your permission, we are also able to contact your court reporter directly to request e-transcripts.
Q. What is your standard turnaround time? Can you summarize transcripts on a rush basis?
A. Our standard turnaround time is five to ten business days. If you need your summaries on a rush basis, depending on the size and scope of the project, we can return them in as few as two to four business days. We will do everything possible to help you meet your deadlines.
Q. How do you maintain confidentiality?
A. All of our consultants sign a confidentiality clause as part of a larger agreement before they are eligible to summarize transcripts for our clients. In addition, all work product is captured via our secure internet technology to ensure the integrity of all work product material.
Q. How will I receive the deposition summaries?
A. The fastest way to receive summaries is via email in Word or PDF format. Depending on your preference, we can return each summary as it is completed or send all of your summaries at the end of the project via email, CD ROM, or other media of your choice.
