Our custom methodologies are built on best practices that increase the efficiency of the review and dramatically shorten the timeframe to project completion. Our Project Management Team will help define the scope, review methodologies, project workflows, quality assurance checkpoints, and resource estimates (including budgets, preventative measures and processes) for all reviews in which they are engaged. This product further revolutionizes the way electronic document reviews are managed by allowing an individual to monitor -- in real time -- exactly what is happening on each document reviewer’s PC. Without having to physically be on site, supervisors can observe and discuss reviewers’ work with them, and can even “take over” reviewers’ screens to assist, correct or provide additional instruction. This real time observation allows for hands-on, contemporaneous quality control of the documents as they are being reviewed. No more waiting for batches to be finished. The quality assurance team can start working right away, minimizing the re-review of documents and further reducing your costs.
