Attorney - Business & Transactional Practice

Boutique Lafayette business & transactional firm expanding due to excess business. Need at least one attorney (possibly two or three) with 3-15+ years experience in business & transactional work ranging from corporate and commercial formations to mergers & acquisitions to varied facets of real estate work, inclusive of representation of both developers & banks and title insurance underwriters, along with varied other title work. Must have portable book of business. May occasionally handle small percentage of various litigation matters that are offshoots of regular business. Class rank irrelevant – on-point experience is paramount. Exceptional tailored-to-candidates-needs benefits, with very reasonable monthly billable hours requirement. Salary DOE.
