Associate General Counsel

Dynamic attorney with stellar credentials needed for in house role with international company based in Boca Raton. The right attorney for this role will have a great deal of IP experience gained at an Am Law 100 law firm, as well as two plus years of in house experience. A total of at least seven years of experience is required. Licensure in at least one US jurisdiction is required. Portuguese speaking attorney is a MUST for this role. A heavy concentration of the work is Brazilian in nature and requires a Portuguese speaking attorney. Some travel to Latin American will be required in this position. Must be able to handle a large volume of work. Experience must consist of IP work, software contracts, other types of large scale contracts, corporate and securities work, and general transactional work. Prior experience working with suppliers, customers and licenses is required. Excellent negotiation skills required.
