Now hiring for a Benefits Law Specialist job in Orlando, Florida, courtesy of Special Counsel!  Do you have five plus years’ experience in as a Paralegal or two plus years’ as an Attorney handling Benefits, Corporate, or Human Resources matters?  Our client is seeking an experienced individual to support their benefits department in year-end compliance work.  
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation and review of government filings, such as ERISA document requests
• Assist with drafting and review of plan documents
• Working alongside risk management consultant, collection and distribution of certificates of insurance
• Work on revising the vacation policies.
• Managing the project status log
• Review and proofread contracts and agreements
• Five plus years’ experience in-house or traditional law firm
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional proofreading skills
• Independent, detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelors’ degree and paralegal certification preferred
