As a Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary, you would be responsible for:
 
• Supporting 2-3 attorneys in a commercial litigation practice
• Preparing and submitting documentation for e-filing in both Florida and Federal courts
• Drafting correspondence and communicating with clients
• Legal research
• Answering the phone
 
Requirements:
 
• At least three (3) years of commercial litigation and trial prep experience
• State and Federal e-filing experience (Florida experience highly preferred)
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Proficiency in the following: Outlook, Word, Core filing, Case Logistix, World Docs and West research
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification are highly preferred
