Commercial Real Estate Legal Secretary Job in Miami

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare (or assist in the preparation of) real estate legal documents including, but not limited to: right of first refusal agreements, easement agreements, lease amendments, memoranda of leases, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, owner’s affidavits, closing statements and exhibits
  • Initiate conflict checks
  • Maintain calendars
  • Prepare letters, memos and reports
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

 
Qualifications:
 

  • 4+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • AA or Paralegal Certification is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motivated and an independent worker
