Would you like to work for a top Phoenix law firm? Our client is currently seeking a full-time permanent Commercial Real Estate Paralegal supporting their attorneys within their excellent real estate team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transactional real estate.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing closing checklists and coordinating closing process for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Title examination and survey analysis.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various tax clearance applications.
  • Preparing and organizing real estate related documents such as deeds, mortgages, memoranda of leases, UCC financing statements.
  • Coordinating licensing matters including liquor licenses, tax licenses and operating permits.
  • Preparing and distributing closing binders as well as managing post-closing document control.

 
Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years Transactional Real Estate Experience
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate
  • Land Acquisition & Homebuilder Experience
  • Strong experience in Title Examination & Survey review
  • Heightened organizational & proofreading skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
