Paralegal Job Responsibilities:
 
• Analyze commercial and residential real estate transaction documents
• Prepares files for complex commercial closings
• Resolve and investigate title issues
• Draft/edit contracts and legal correspondences
• Conduct legal research
 
Qualifications:
 
• Four plus years’ experience in this or a related field
• College degree and paralegal certificate preferred
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency in Closing software a plus
