Compliance Administrator Responsibilities

  • Assisting with legal and compliance functions by providing further assistance to Legal Department personnel.
  • Assist with investigations, dispute resolutions, audits, corporate governance and legal / compliance administration.
  • Perform investigations in various dispute / litigation matters, including interviews, analysis, discussions with insurance agents and management, summary reports and recommendations
  • Input information on investigations into database and prepare written reports on individual investigations, as well as reports on trending of investigations
  • Coordinate development, implementation and maintenance of team processes / procedures and best practice documents for field use
  • Provide third party subpoena responses

Compliance Administrator Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented
  • Impeccable Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with research techniques (i.e. SharePoint, Internet)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • MS Access experience
  • Document management software experience
