The Contract Manager Job Responsibilities include:
 
- Reviewing through a variety of transactions in support of various internal divisions on behalf of our corporate clients.
- Proficient with utilizing various transactions and contracts tracking software.
- Experienced with editing, reviewing and or negotiating NDA's, statements of work and other types of agreements.
 
Qualifications:
 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects is critical.
Experience in handling highly confidential matters
Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
