This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with at least one year of contracts experience to utilize and develop his or her skills in a dynamic and exciting corporate environment.
 
This role could be perfect for you if you have the following experience:
•Drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, and consulting and material transfer agreements;
•Maintaining and organizing legal and contract files (electronic and paper);
•Database entry and management (including tracking and managing monthly contract renewals);
•Supporting Senior Contract Manager and the in-house attorneys in managing daily workflow of contracts; and
•Investigating and resolving questions associated with contracts in process and/or existing contracts (e.g. scope of agreement, term).
 
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree required;
•1+ years of contracts experience preferred;
•Clinical contract experience a plus but not required;
•Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must;
•Must be extremely organized, accurate, and detail oriented; and
•Strong research and writing skills.
