Description:
Special Counsel has partnered with a well regarded law firm in need of an experienced corporate immigration paralegal with 3+ years of experience. .
 
Corporate Immigration Paralegal Job Responsibilities Include:
 
Assisting this well regarded law firm manage an active caseload of cases related to corporate immigration applications. This role requires that some someone review legal documentation and to properly perform various steps and file appropriate forms to meet the legal mandates as required by the federal government.
 
Qualifications:
- Previous law firm experience handling corporate immigration applications including H1-B's and other related legal documentation.
- Proficient with EB-1's, EB-2's, RFE responses, Assisting with I-9 Audits etc.
 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects is critical
Experience in handling highly confidential matters
Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
