Our client, a Large Denver law firm, has an immediate opening for a Corporate/Finance Paralegal to support a busy practice group.  The ideal candidate must be proactive, a self-starter, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, strong writing and math skills.  If you are looking for a unique and exciting position, where your talents are recognized and rewarded, this is the job for you!   Salary based upon experience, with excellent benefits, including paid parking.
Corporate/Finance Paralegal Responsibilities Include:
 
•Preparation of documentation for closings including, organizing proofreading and assembling documents.
•Conducting due-diligence
•Drafting bond documents, disclosure documents, closing certificates and opinions.
•Preparing and filing of UCC Financing Statements
•Researching industry databases, publicly-available information from local governments and other sources, and applicable law.
 
Qualifications:
 
•A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required
•A minimum of 5 years of law firm experience
•Advanced Microsoft Office applications (including Excel) and document management systems.
•Prior experience as a paralegal in public finance, commercial lending transactions, corporate law and/or real estate areas is a plus, but not a minimum requirement.
