CORPORATE TRANSACTION ATTORNEY
Parker + Lynch Legal, the direct hire division of Special Counsel, is looking for a corporate transaction attorney. Are you a corporate attorney looking for an opportunity to work for an AmLaw firm?  Are you an attorney with 6+ experience working on a wide range of transactional matters including but not limited to mergers, securities, private equity, finance?  If so, this corporate attorney job in Dallas, TX may be the right one for you.  This is an outstanding opportunity for you to join a custom built team of attorneys from the nation’s leading law firms.  
 
The responsibilities of the Corporate Attorney are:
 
• Work closely with partners and clients in a team setting in the corporate group.
• Must have a wide range of experience in corporate matters including governance, merger & acquisitions, private equity, securities, and corporate finance matters.
• Has strong work ethic
 
You are the perfect person if:
 
• You have at least six (6) year of corporate experience.
• You graduated in the top 25% of your law school class
• You are a member in good standing of any state bar and are able to waive into the Texas Bar.
