The responsibilities of the Corporate Attorney are:
• Work closely with partners and clients in a team setting in the corporate group.
• Must have a wide range of experience in corporate matters including governance, merger & acquisitions, private equity, securities, and corporate finance matters.
• Has strong work ethic
You are the perfect person if:
• You have at least six (6) year of corporate experience.
• You graduated in the top 25% of your law school class
• You are a member in good standing of any state bar and are able to waive into the Texas Bar.
