Special Counsel Phoenix is seeking a Director of Legal Recruitment to join its busy office!
This is a great opportunity to join a company with room for growth in a dynamic environment.
 
In connection with strategic growth plans for this office, this position focuses on full cycle recruitment for all permanent, non-attorney roles, as well as temporary attorneys, paralegals, support staff and compliance professionals.  
 
In addition, the Director of Legal Recruitment will assist in developing accounts through outside sales activity and new sales leads in an effort to increase market share and size.
 
Responsibilities include:
 

  • Managing all aspects of legal recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and submitting candidates for positions with law firms and corporations.   
  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads and build relationships that lead to sales.
  • Strengthen client relationships through on site client visits and phone contact with regular follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all clients and targeted potential clients.
  • Network in legal community to develop sales resources.

 
Position Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (JD a plus).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Embraces, and is energized by, innovative outside-the-box initiatives
  • Intermediate experience with leveraging social media
