Docketing Specialist Job in Washington, DC
 
A prestigious patent law firm in Washington, DC is looking for a Docking Specialist to join their team.  If selected, you will perform the day-to-day docketing functions of domestic and foreign patent prosecution.  Your responsibilities will include analyzing all incoming communication related to U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, updating the docketing database, reconciling various documents, and researching and resolving docketing inaccuracies. If you’re interested in gaining docketing experience with exposure at a premier law firm, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
 
Qualifications:
• 2 years + of patent docketing experience
• Knowledge of U.S.  prosecution procedures, terminology, and deadlines
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline-conscious work ethic
