An eDiscovery attorney job in Charlotte, NC is immediately available courtesy of Special Counsel. In order to be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, an active license in good standing with at least three years’ experience in a similar role at a mid-to-large-sized law firm or corporation.
 
eDiscovery Attorney Job Responsibilities
• Maintain tracking logs
• Troubleshoot litigation support applications
• Perform quality assurance steps in the collection, processing, and production phases of discovery
• Work closely with litigation attorneys and support staff
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active License in good standing
• Minimum three years’ experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access knowledge
• Technical proficiency with Clearwell, Relativity, Nuix, Encase, or FTK
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Excellent references
• History of stability
