Estate Administration Paralegal
 
Now hiring for an estate administration paralegal position in Naples, Florida, courtesy of Special Counsel! Do you have 5+ years of experience providing support to attorneys in this practice area? If so, then apply today to be considered for this job!
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Filing and obtaining necessary documentation with various courts and institutions
  • Preparation of Federal 706 Estate Tax Returns
  • Maintaining case files
  • Scheduling, confirming and participating in meetings
  • Knowledge or preparation of fiduciary accountings and income tax returns
  • Document review and analysis
  • Communicating with investment advisors and trust companies

 
Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ years of estate and trust administration
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Florida Registered Paralegal (or CLAs) preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated and an independent worker
