Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Support attorneys with all aspects of estate administration, including opening
and closing estates
•Inventory assets and tax returns; conduct initial valuation of trust assets
•Prepare probate documents
•Prepare and file life insurance claims
•E-file in probate court
 
Qualifications
•Minimum four years of experience as an Estate Administration Paralegal
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•Must have Paralegal Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree a plus
