Are you an Estate Planning Associate Attorney with experience handling tax and general corporate matters for high-net-worth individuals and businesses?  Looking for an opportunity to have more direct client interaction?  
 
The responsibilities of the Estate Planning Associate are:

  • Work closely with partners in income tax planning projects for high-net-worth individuals
  • Draft estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and advance directives
  • Consult with clients for tax and business planning matters

 
Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of domestic tax / estate planning experience working on sophisticated transactions in a medium to large law firm environment.
  • Tax and general corporate experience is highly preferred.


  • LLM in taxation or estate planning is required.  
  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or be willing to sit for the next North Carolina bar exam.
