A Family Law Attorney position in ASHEVILLE, NC is currently available courtesy of Parker + Lynch Legal. This Associate position will interact with clients and independently handle court appearances and maintain and manage client files to ensure development and resolution of cases.
 
Ideal candidates will have:


  • 3+ years of Family Law experience including experience in divorce, separation and property settlement agreements, child support and custody, spousal support, domestic violence, pre nuptial agreements and equitable distribution
  • Strong business, delegation and management skills
  • A history of profitable work
  • Board Certified Specialist preferred
  • NC bar license
  • Ties to Western NC preferred but not required
  • Excellent client contact and communication skills
