The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and at least two years of substantive experience in healthcare regulatory and/or transactional matters, preferably in a large law firm or sophisticated boutique firm setting. The Healthcare Attorney Job Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze issues pertaining to  relevant state and federal regulations
• Conduct due diligence
• Advise clients
• Draft and negotiate transactions
• Review contracts and applicable regulations
 
Qualifications:
• J.D. from a top 50 law school
• Minimum of two years’ experience
• Experience advising on Anti-kickback, Stark Law, HIPAA, and False Claims Act issues
• Ability to advise clients on business and legal terms
• Motivated Team Player
