Parker + Lynch is partnering with a top Am Law firm to recruit a Healthcare Associate for the firm's busy Chattanooga office. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Juris Doctorate degree and at least three years of substantive experience advising healthcare industry clients on regulatory and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Stark Law, Anti-kickback, HIPAA,and other healthcare regulations. Experience with healthcare M&A and drafting and reviewing complex contracts for hospital and healthcare provider clients is also a plus.
