Our client, a national commercial developer company is hiring for an In-House Real Estate Paralegal job in Denver, CO. You will need at least seven years’ experience in this or a similar role, and must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills. In-House Real Estate Paralegal Job Responsibilities Include:
 
•Title/survey review
•Prepare title objection letters
•Prepare closing instruction letters
•Formulate closing checklists
•Plan contract timelines
•Partner with title companies for closings
•Review title company closing documents
•Draft leases
•Prepare loan transactions
•Outline acquisition/disposition of real estate property
•Review contracts
•Write closing documents
 
 
Qualifications:
 
•Minimum seven years’ experience in this/similar role
•A 4 year degree and/or certification
•Must be detail-oriented
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills
