Are you a junior legal secretary or a junior paralegal? The ideal candidate we are looking for would have experience in both the corporate and litigation sectors, but if you are highly tech savvy and interested in learning more about both this may be a great opportunity to gain a lot of new skills and knowledge quickly. We are looking for someone to support a corporate and litigation desk. The right candidate will have some familiarity with drafting documents; e-filing; pleadings and court filings. This role will also be trained on handling e-discovery matters for the firm. We are looking for someone with :
• prior experience working as a junior litigation secretary and/or as a junior paralegal, with special focus on candidates who have experience with litigation (or ideally both)
•a desire to learn e-discovery and handle pre-trial documents and tasks
• experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and experience working with and editing PDFs  
• an independent workstyle – you are comfortable taking charge of projects and prioritizing your days with little guidance
• a positive attitude and a no-task-too-small, team mentality, combined with extreme attention to detail and good follow through
