KW - Corporate Attorney

Metro Detroit area Corporation seeks an Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of prior legal experience working as a corporate generalist. Candidates must have experience working with an international business organization and have the ability to partner with business managers to provide legal advice and counsel. Candidates should be skilled in the area of contracts, intellectual property, corporate compliance, risk management and corporate governance. Candidates should also have prior experience managing litigation, handling employment related legal issues as well as overseeing outside counsel. This position will offer a competitive salary depending on experience. Top academics preferred.
