The Receptionist/Operations Assistant role is a vital, front facing position that will give you exposure to the law firms’ Partners, Associates, Paralegals and clients. If you have 1+ years of prior law firm experience, then this opportunity could be the stepping stone to upward mobility with a leading corporate law firm! Salary is very competitive! Hours are 7 am to 3 pm.
 
The basic responsibilities of the Receptionist/Operations Assistant include:
 
• Greet law firm guests upon arrival
• Answer all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate contacts
• Reserve meeting and conference space as requested
• Assist with all events and catering needs of the firm
• Provide backup support to legal assistants and other administrative staff as needed
• Assist with special projects assigned by office operations personnel.
 
YOU could be a great match if you have the following:
 
• B.A/B.S Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Type 40+ WPM
• Handle multiple phone lines
• Ability to work well under pressure
