The Legal Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities Include:
• Document preparation and organization in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Assisting attorneys with file maintenance and organization
• Scheduling appointments, meeting with clients and other interested parties
• Entering attorneys time
• Processing billing requests
• Transcribing dictation
 
Qualifications:
• Typing at least 55 words per minute
• Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook and document management software
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
