Looking to cut your commute in half? Special Counsel is seeking a legal support professional to join a top-rated law firm in Arlington, VA. This individual will assist multiple departments primarily with administrative work and client management. Qualified candidates will have a can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support multiple attorneys
  • Proofread and write legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage attorney calendars; schedule travel and accommodations
  • Maintain all electronic and physical case files
  • Enter attorney time and reconcile expenses
  • Provide backup support for staff as needed

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm providing administrative support with a litigation group
  • Experience with filings in the DC Superior Court
  • Superior attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
