This position is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire and/or direct hire attorneys, paralegals, and/or other legal professional job orders for a variety of law firms and/or specialized clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Networks within the Legal community and develops effective relationships with key client contacts.
Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
• Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.
• Can work as a team or independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
