Special Counsel, the nation's largest full-service provider of legal staffing and eDiscovery solutions is growing in Denver!  We are currently seeking to add a Director of Legal Recruitment to our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is an attorney or paralegal with 1+ years of outside sales or staffing experience. This is a perfect position for an outgoing positive go-getter with considerable initiative seeking to grow and explore the unlimited earnings potential offered in the staffing industry!
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active legal support candidates to include attorneys, paralegal, legal secretaries and other administrative staff.
• Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and deploys temporary and direct hire candidates to appropriate law firms and corporations.  
• Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
• Regularly conducts site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Networks within the Legal Community and develops effective relationships with key client contacts.
 
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one (1) years of legal professional experience is preferred.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook.
