Our NY office is currently looking for bright, talented Legal Technology Trainers for potential upcoming assignments with top NY law firms! This is an excellent opportunity to get solid experience with a growing IT team. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm, this is a great opportunity to join a prestigious NYC law firm.
 
Legal Technology Trainer Responsibilities:


  • Provides assistance and training to end users in a variety of different methods (e.g. e-learning, classroom, one to one, floor support, and remote training)
  • Works with team members in Technology or other departments to identify training needs, and create methods for proper instruction develops training programs based on analysis of help desk reports
  • Participates in planning for and implementation of all other software upgrades.
  • Assists with office-wide or other upgrades, such as installing software
  • Evaluates and customizes training rollouts in order to meet local office specific needs for new hire training, technology rollout training, or ongoing education
  • Assists with special projects on various issues as needed

 
Requirements:


  • The ideal candidate will have classroom and one on one training experience in a law firm
  • Must have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of products including styles and macros packages
  • Must have knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of industry standard legal software programs and productivity tools such as document management systems, timekeeping/billing software, litigation databases/tools, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Prior experience developing course curriculum for professionals in an office environment
  • Professional & energetic training presence
