A fast-paced downtown Saint Paul law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their team.  This position will also be responsible for receptionist and administrative duties in addition to supporting the legal function of the firm's Saint Paul group.  
 
Responsibilities and Duties of the Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant job include:

- Format briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Reception duties such as greeting clients and visitors to the office, answering phones and directing calls, processing mail received, and other administrative duties as assigned

- Filing legal documents electronically
- Track and enter attorney time records and maintaining calendars
 
 
You're the perfect candidate for this role if you have the following:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a law firm environment, preferably in a litigation group; five (5) years preferred
- Strong administrative acumen with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience filing legal documents electronically (E-Filing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude, willing to accomplish any task assigned
- Strong typing skills (60wpm required)
