Now hiring for a Legal Secretary job in Orlando, Florida, through Special Counsel!  Do you have three or more years’ experience working in personal injury or insurance defense?  Our client is a prestigious Florida law firm seeking to add an experienced and polished team member to their group!  This is a permanent position and benefits are offered.    
Legal Secretary Job Responsibilities:
• Legal administrative and secretarial support for attorneys
• Timekeeping assistance
• Calendaring and scheduling
• Working with attorneys on travel arrangements
• Efiling
• Word processing
• Organize and maintain case files
• Draft/Prepare correspondences and other legal documents
• Three plus years’ experience in a law firm
• Experience with civil litigation preferably commercial
• Prior experience with Florida efiling!
• Familiarity with Federal and State civil rules and procedures
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work successfully within a team environment!
