A highly-regarded international law firm is seeking a paralegal with prior trial experience and a background in Latin American politics.
 
Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing case material and preparing trial related documents
  • Conducting basic and complex legal research for attorneys
  • Preparing court filings from cite-checking to e-filing
  • Reviewing documents for translation accuracy and case relevancy
  • Overseeing document review and analysis, preparing document productions, and handling all aspects of case management
  • Providing support during hearings and meetings

 
Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Oral and written Spanish language fluency; French fluency a plus
  • 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably supporting large case teams and trials
  • Proficiency in the use of litigation support software and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent research abilities, as well as proofreading and writing skills
  • Superior attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed
