This opportunity is brought to you by Parker + Lynch Legal, Special Counsel's Attorney Search Division.

We are working closely with the named partner of a boutique law firm located in Manhattan, New York, on a search for a corporate associate with at least 7 years of experience.   This firm represents businesses and individuals with ties to China looking to make investments in the United States.  The associate will have the opportunity to work with emerging and mature Chinese and U.S. companies, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and general corporate matters.  The associate must have the ability to run a transaction from beginning to end and effectively handle clients and questions they may ask. This firm attracts former large law firm attorneys who are looking for a smaller platform to hone their entrepreneurial skills, become a leader, and eventually grow their own book of business and become partner.  This is the perfect position for someone who feels pigeon holed in their current position due to lack of upward mobility.  Billable hour are approximately 1600 and salary is competitive.

A J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the New York bar is required.
