This is a permanent position and benefits are offered.    
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
• Practice support for multi attorney firm
• Human resource administration
• Financial management, time tracking and billing requirements
• Records management
• Technology, Facilities, and general office operations
• Five plus years’ experience in a law firm
• College degree
• Strong knowledge of human resources disciplines
• Administrative management experience in a law firm or professional services setting is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
