You are an ideal candidate if you have a four year degree, recently completed a paralegal program, and have at least a year of Paralegal or Legal experience. In this position, you will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and perform a variety of functions. Compensation for this Direct Hire opportunity is between $23-$28 an hour, contingent on experience. Paralegal-Compliance Officer Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and respond to regulatory exams and inquiries.
  • Communicate across all business lines.
  • Assist with Firm Element Continuing Education Program.


  • Four year college degree in a related field, required. Finance or Law area, preferred.
  • At least year of legal experience, required. Paralegal experience, preferred.
  • Exposure to general securities or compliance, preferred.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, the ability to compose correspondence and proofread, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work well both independently and as part of team.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
