Top Minneapolis law firm is seeking an associate with two to three years of experience to join its Patent department. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing, and IP due diligence. Required experience includes two to three years of patent prosecution experience. Candidates must be USPTO admitted candidates and have a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering. Experience in software patents is a plus. Strong academic performance (top third of class) and excellent writing skills are required.
