A Patent Litigation Associate job with one of the hottest IP practices in the country is immediately available in Houston, TX courtesy of Parker + Lynch Legal, the attorney search division of Special Counsel.  Consideration requires at least two years of large law firm experience in patent litigation work, as well as a degree in any technical field (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, a Life Science or Chemical Engineering).  Superior academic credentials are required, and a competitive salary and benefits package are provided.
 
Patent Prosecution Associate Job Responsibilities include:
 
• Complex and sophisticated patent infringement litigation in a variety of technology areas  
• Provide advice and counsel to clients  
 
Qualifications:
 
• JD or LLM degree from an accredited U.S. university
• Minimum two years’ patent litigation experience
• Superior academic credentials
• Degree in any technical field (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, a Life Science or Chemical Engineering)
• Admitted and in good standing with any State Bar
• USPTO licensure
