Parker + Lynch Legal, the Attorney Search Division of Special Counsel, is leading a search for an AmLaw100 firm in Seattle that is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney to join their team in a thriving office that represents some of the top technology clients in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a law firm or in the USPTO drafting and prosecuting patents focusing on electronic devices, semiconductors, imaging, and/or robotics.

Minimum requirements include:

  • J.D. from top tier law school
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a large law firm or the USPTO
  • Current USPTO registration

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Firm's clients and begin developing business as they reach partnership level.
