A Personal Injury Paralegal position in Orlando is currently available courtesy of Special Counsel. In this role you should have at least 5 (five) years of relatable experience. You will have regular contact with clients, both in person and over the phone. This position works in direct support of Senior Attorneys in the practice area.
 
Personal Injury Paralegal Job Duties:
• Assist with document production, organization and analysis;
• Draft simple discovery pleadings and correspondence;
• Coordination of and preparation for depositions;
• Organize and summarize medical records;
• Maintain client contact; and
• Assist in trial preparation, settlements and at trial.
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 (five) years of litigation paralegal experience;
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred but not required;
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with litigation support systems;
• Strong oral and written communication skills; and
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
