Special Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of significant Personal Injury Litigation experience for our law firm client located within Yuma, AZ. Qualified candidates should have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process.
A high level of attention to detail in writing is required; proofreading or editing skill set is a plus. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm to include clients. Impeccable judgment, discretion, and integrity is required.

  • Drafting correspondence, interrogatories, compliance and other litigation related documents
  • Experience in lean resolutions & managing trust accounts
  • Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files
  • Meet deadlines
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework
  • Other related tasks as assigned  


  • 5 years minimum Personal Injury Litigation experience
  • Ability to start quickly with little-to-no training
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not needed
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, & legal databases
