Our client, a well-established law firm, is searching for a candidate that is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills, for a Real Estate job in Denver, CO area.  To be considered for this job, you must have ten plus years of experience.  Salary is based upon experience with excellent benefits.
 
Real Estate Paralegal Job responsibilities include:
 
•Title and survey review
•Preparation of title objection letters
•Preparation of closing instruction letters, preparation of closing checklists (also requiring the understanding of the terms of the contract, lease and loan to which it is applicable), Preparation of contract timelines
•Knowledge of construction contracts and AIA form documents,
•Working with title companies for closings and review of title company closing documents
•Drafting leases, loan transactions, acquisition and disposition of real estate property, drafting and reviewing contracts and drafting closing documents is required
 
 
Qualifications:
 
•Minimum ten years’ experience
•Real Estate experience
•Paralegal degree and/or Associate's degree
