Downtown law firm is seeking a part-time receptionist/billing coordinator.  Are you looking for a job that allows you to be home when your kids get home from school?  Then, this is the job for you.  
 
Responsibilities

  • Receiving telephone calls and visitor
  • Typing and data entry
  • Operating various office equipment, including computer, copier and fax machine
  • Manage the complete billing process for a portfolio of assigned attorneys and clients following firm and client guidelines.
  • Distribute, receive, edit, and post firm pre-bills.
  • Work with clients and attorneys to implement client specific billing guidelines.
  • Communicate and address any invoice dispute issues with the appropriate parties.

 
Qualifications

  • Two years minimum law firm experience
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) is necessary
  • Teamwork
