A Restructuring Associate position with one of the most prestigious firms in the country is immediately available in Houston, TX courtesy of Parker + Lynch Legal, the attorney search division of Special Counsel. Consideration requires at least two years of large law firm experience in restructuring matters and superior academic credentials.  A highly competitive salary and benefits package are provided.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
• Representation of debtors, creditors and investors in restructuring distressed companies
• Special situations financings, distressed acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency
• Advising both debtors and creditors on acquisition, disposal and reorganization of stressed and distressed businesses

Qualifications:
 
• JD from an accredited U.S. university
• Minimum two years’ of directly relevant restructuring experience
• Large firm experience preferred
• Superior academic credentials
• Admitted and in good standing with any State Bar
