Temporary Corporate Paralegal Opportunity Available in Maryland.

An organization’s Maryland office is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Corporate Paralegal position with their busy and growing team. In this role, you would be the sole corporate paralegal for their Washington, DC office.
 
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Managing cases, conducting research, and preparing for and attending trial
• Assisting in documenting and coordinating the closing of transactions for the purchase and sale of loans
• Serving as liaison between clients and attorneys regarding the maintenance of corporate records, minute books,
• Assisting with discovery, document production and review
• Drafting and analyzing various documents
• Utilizing various software applications and informational programs
 
Qualifications include:
• Previous experience is highly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities, as well as a keen attention to detail
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to multitask within a fast paced environment
