Are you a Labor & Employment attorney looking for your next project? Our clients are always seeking experienced candidates. If you have the following qualifications and backround, we want to hear from you!
- Minimum of five years of experience practicing employment law required
- JD degree from ABA accredited law school and active license to practice law in MN required
- Legal advising experience in the following areas: agency audits, employee benefits, privacy, executive compensation, federal contractor/OFCCP, immigration, non-competes, traditional labor issues, investigations, physician compensation, and provider termination of employment
- Experience performing legal research, providing opinions on employment-related situations, and reviewing and updating policies and contracts

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional attitude and ability to problem-solve
- Work involving issues with employment policies and agreements and all laws, including but not limited to Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and state statutes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
