Special Counsel is seeking skilled legal support professionals to assist a prestigious client with immediate overflow. The Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant will work with assigned attorneys to provide timely and accurate administrative support. This role will coordinate and cooperate with the secretarial administrator regarding back up duties.  
Daily responsibilities will include:
•Provides secretarial and administrative assistance to attorneys, including preparing
documents, correspondence, pleadings, etc. and e-filing
• Maintains attorney calendar including all appointments, court deadlines, and meetings
• Prepares expense reports and coordinates travel arrangements
• Assists with reception coverage when needed
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
•High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years' administrative assistance experience within a firm
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• E-filing experience required
